Why we do our own implementations
Most software vendors of our size reach a point where implementation gets handed to a partner network. It is easier to scale that way, and we understand why companies do it. We have chosen not to.
The people who scope it should build it
A walkthrough surfaces details that never make it into a written scope document — the workaround nobody mentions until they are asked to demonstrate it, the exception that only happens at month end. When the people who saw that firsthand are the ones configuring the system, those details survive. When the project passes to a different team, they usually do not.
Support stays with the same names
When something breaks six months after go-live, the person who answers the phone already knows the deployment, because they built it. There is no handover document standing in for that knowledge.
This approach does not scale as fast as a partner network. We think it produces systems that fit better and support that actually helps, and for a company our size that trade is the right one.
If this sounds like your operation, we can walk through your process and show you where Logirynx would fit.
